4What it does not replace
A lean team running Evane can do planning and coordination work that otherwise needs a much larger team. It does not replace people: production, protocol on the day and on site logistics still need people, and a person still approves every change the AI proposes.

Evane ran the shared workspace behind the Global Food Security Summit in Abu Dhabi, an international summit with more than 600 participants from close to 70 countries.

What is an AI event management platform?

Does Evane replace an event agency or secretariat?
No. It takes over much of the coordination work that otherwise needs a large team: keeping the record current, drafting paperwork and tracking progress. Production, protocol on the day and on site logistics still need people.

Yes. Evane runs an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients can read and work in a space with your own permissions, alongside its own connectors for mail, calendars and files.

Does a person review every change the AI makes?
