AI for Summit Management
AI for Summit Management
Evane is the AI programme management office for summits, ministerial conferences and multi-government events. It keeps the agenda, the delegations and every proposal in one shared record, with a person approving each change before it lands.
1One engine, five jobs
Listens
It sits in the planning meetings and keeps the agenda, the delegations and the working documents in one place, not scattered across email threads and spreadsheets.
Clears blockers
It flags gaps and conflicts across ministries, host organisations and partners before they turn into a problem on site.
Plans the work
It turns the agenda into a shared plan that every team can see and update, instead of a document that goes stale the day it is sent.
Delivers the paperwork
It drafts delegation lists, briefing notes, session summaries and the event photo album as the summit happens.
Tracks progress
A person reviews and approves every AI proposal, so the record stays accurate from the first planning call to the closing session.
2The Global Food Security Summit, 6 to 8 October
In October 2026, Evane ran the shared workspace behind the Global Food Security Summit in Abu Dhabi, hosted by ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) as strategic partner.
Together with SIEF, Evane supported the summit's programme management office from early planning through the closing session.
Figures are rounded.
The summit's workspace and its data were hosted in a UAE datacenter region, meeting the hosts' expectation that summit data stays in the country.
3Frequently asked questions
