What is Evane?

Learn how Evane brings event records, files, delivery coordination, and a permission-aware AI assistant into one workspace.

Evane is a shared operating workspace for complex events: teams organize records and files, coordinate delivery, and use an AI assistant that works within workspace permissions and review flows.

What you can manage

Depending on how your workspace is configured, the sidebar gives you access to areas such as:

  • Dashboard for a summary of current work, upcoming activity, and items that need attention.
  • Participants and Partners for people, organizations, roles, relationships, and engagement status.
  • Sessions and Meetings for the event program, scheduled meetings, live capture, and meeting outputs.
  • Tasks for owners, dates, status, progress, list views, and timeline planning.
  • Files for workspace documents, connected providers such as SharePoint, Google Drive, or Lark, uploads, and generated files.
  • Messages for communication records and drafts.
  • My inbox on the Dashboard for updates and pending approvals linked to records you can access.
  • Proposals inside the AI assistant for reviewing AI-suggested changes when approval is required.
  • Log for the workspace activity and audit history available to your role.

The exact areas you see depend on the workspace's data model, connected services, and your permissions.

How the AI assistant fits in

The AI assistant can work with the context available in your workspace to help draft, plan, summarize, search, and prepare proposed changes. When a workflow requires approval, an AI-generated change is presented as a proposal instead of silently changing the underlying record.

AI output should still be reviewed. Access to data and actions follows the permissions of the signed-in user and the workspace.

Workspaces keep information together

A workspace is the shared boundary for an event or program. Its members, records, files, settings, languages, time zone, and connected services belong to that workspace. If you belong to more than one workspace, you can switch between them without combining their data.

A good first route through Evane

  1. Sign in and complete the first-time setup.
  2. Enter an existing workspace, accept an invitation, or create a workspace.
  3. Review the Dashboard and sidebar.
  4. Add or review participants, sessions, and tasks.
  5. Ask the AI assistant a question about the workspace.
